• These terms are available in both English and Bangla. In the event of any dispute, the English version shall take precedence.
• Viptaka Bat reserves the right to limit or terminate any user's access to its services at its sole discretion.
• If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply in full.

2 Account Registration

You must be 18 years of age or older to register an account with Viptaka Bat. Accounts belonging to minors will be closed immediately and all balances will be forfeited.

Registration Requirements

• Each person may register only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential. You are solely liable for any unauthorized use of your account.
• Viptaka Bat may verify your identity at any time and request the necessary documentation.

KYC Verification

Viptaka Bat follows a KYC (Know Your Customer) process to ensure security and legal compliance. You may be required to submit a national ID, passport, or other valid identification before making withdrawals or upon exceeding certain limits.

3 Betting Rules

Please read the following rules carefully before placing a bet on Viptaka Bat. Once a bet is submitted, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled.

Bet Acceptance & Cancellation

• Viptaka Bat reserves the right to accept or decline any bet without providing a reason.
• Bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error will be considered void and the stake will be refunded.
• Viptaka Bat is not liable for bets rejected due to internet latency during live betting.
• If the outcome of an event is known in advance or appears suspicious, the associated bet will be voided.

Result Determination

Viptaka Bat settles bets based on internationally recognized results. In the event of any dispute, Viptaka Bat's decision is final.

Maximum Bet Limit

Maximum bet limits apply to each event and market. These limits may vary depending on the user's account level and the type of event.

4 Deposits & Payments

Deposits on Viptaka Bat can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank transfer. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 and the maximum single deposit is ৳1,00,000.
• Deposits are usually credited instantly. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name are accepted. Third-party payments are not permitted.
• All deposits must be used for betting purposes. Accounts suspected of money laundering will be investigated.

Payment Security

Viptaka Bat uses SSL encryption to secure all financial transactions. Your bank or mobile banking details are never stored on Viptaka Bat's servers.

5 Withdrawal Policy

To withdraw from Viptaka Bat, your account must be fully verified. Withdrawals will not be processed from unverified accounts.

Withdrawal Conditions

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals to mobile banking are typically processed within 24 hours. Bank transfers may take 3–5 business days.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the original deposit.
• To withdraw bonus funds, you must first meet the specified wagering requirements.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

Viptaka Bat offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms, and failure to comply with those terms may result in the bonus being cancelled.

Bonus Usage Rules

• Once a bonus is activated, the wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the specified time frame.
• Bets placed with bonus balance generally require minimum odds of 1.5.
• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once. Attempting to claim bonuses from multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed.
• Viptaka Bat reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If you withdraw before meeting the bonus requirements, the bonus balance will be deducted.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Viptaka Bat platform. Violations will result in permanent account closure.

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Using betting software, bots, or any automated methods.
• Participating in odds arbitrage or match fixing.
• Engaging in money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the platform's systems.
• Harassing or threatening other users or staff.
• Abusing the bonus system or exploiting loopholes.

8 Account Closure

You may close your Viptaka Bat account at any time. Please ensure any pending withdrawals are completed before doing so.

Voluntary Closure

As part of responsible betting, you may temporarily or permanently close your account at any time. Contact our support team and your account will be closed within 24 hours.

Viptaka Bat reserves the right to close any account without prior notice in cases of Terms violations, fraud, or legal reasons. Any legitimate balance will be returned, but bonuses and disputed winnings will be forfeited.

9 Limitation of Liability

Viptaka Bat provides its services on an "as is" basis. We make every effort to ensure uninterrupted platform operation, though temporary disruptions due to technical issues may occur.

• Viptaka Bat is not liable for bets lost due to internet disconnection.
• Viptaka Bat is not responsible for issues arising from third-party payment gateways.
• Viptaka Bat does not offer compensation for losses incurred through betting.

10 Changes to Terms

Viptaka Bat reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or a notice on the website.

Continuing to use the platform after any changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
